How We Review: The Questions We Ask, and the Answers We Cannot Get

A review is only as good as the evidence behind it, so this page is the evidence policy. It lists the questions asked of every operator described here, states plainly which answers are obtainable and which are not, and sets out what a commercial relationship does and does not buy. JILIASIA is an independent guide: not a casino, no deposits taken, no games run, no scores, no rankings. 21+.

The questions

AreaThe question askedAnswer obtainable from outside an account?
Licence disclosureIs a regulator and licence identity named in text, and does it appear on that regulator's published list?Yes, as a dated snapshot. A licence can change without the page changing
Payment railsWhich wallets and transfer networks does the cashier name, and do the site and app agree?Yes for what is named. No for speed, fees or limits, which are the operator's and live in its cashier
Terms clarityCan the wagering requirement, expiry, maximum bet during a bonus and withdrawal conditions each be found quickly?Yes. This is the most reliable check on the list
KYC rulesAre the identity requirements published before you deposit rather than discovered at cash-out?Yes for the policy. No for how it is applied to one account
Complaint routeIs there a named internal escalation and a named external one, reachable without asking an agent?Yes for publication. No for whether it resolves anything
Responsible-gaming toolsWhich limits, reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion options exist, and are they self-serve?Yes for what is offered. No for whether a limit actually holds
Support channelsWhich channels exist, their stated hours, and is each operator-controlled rather than a social account?Yes for what exists. No for response quality
App distributionIs the operator honest about how installation works, and does it publish mirrors or download lists?Yes. Distribution practice is openly visible

The third column is the part that usually goes missing elsewhere, and leaving it out is how a description becomes a sales page.

What we will not write

  • A payout time, a fee or a minimum. Those are set by the operator and published in its cashier, and we have not tested one
  • A claim that anybody here deposited, played or cashed out with an operator's money
  • A score, a star rating or a ranked table of operators
  • A statement that a game is due, that a system beats a house edge, or that a session proves anything about a published RTP
  • A guarantee of any kind about winning, withdrawing or being treated fairly

Where a sentence reports a claim rather than a document, it says so: the operator states, the page asserts. Where it reports a document, you should be able to open that document and read the same thing.

Why no scores

A number out of ten implies a measurement and a weighting. We can report that a wagering rule took thirty seconds or ten minutes to find; turning that into a figure and placing it beside a payout speed nobody here has observed would dress a guess as a result. Operators are described in sentences instead, which is slower to skim and much harder to inflate.

Some outbound links on this site may be partner links, which can pay a commission if a reader follows one and later signs up. That funds the site and belongs in the method rather than in small print. It buys no wording, no position, no deleted criticism and no advance look at a page.

The test to use on any guide, this one included: find the unflattering sentence about the thing being linked to. If no page on the site can produce one, it is advertising.

Revisions

Pages change when what they describe changes: a licence claim appears or vanishes, a terms document is reissued, a payment rail is dropped, a support channel closes. The date shown is the date of that check. Evidence that something here is wrong is a reason to rewrite it, and the only reason that reliably produces a rewrite.

Standing disclosures

  • An independent guide, not a casino: no deposits, no games, no funds held.
  • Nobody is put forward here as a personal authority, since a name you cannot check adds nothing to an argument.
  • Operator-specific numbers belong in the operator's cashier, which is where we point you.
  • Restricted to adults of 21 and over, and expensive over a long enough period.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does this site not score operators?

Because a score implies a measurement, and nearly every input about an operator from outside is a claim. Findings are written as sentences and the weighing is left to you.

Are your outbound links commercial?

Some may be partner links paying a commission after a sign-up. They change no wording, order or criticism, and no operator sees a page before publication.

Why will you not say how long a withdrawal takes?

Because nobody here has tested one, and the figure is not ours to set. It is published in the operator's cashier, which is where to read it.

Who writes the pages?

The criteria are published instead of a byline. The right test is whether each claim traces back to a document you can open yourself.

Can you intervene in a dispute for me?

No. Nothing here reaches an account or a balance. The path runs operator support, wallet provider or bank from inside their application, regulator, cybercrime authorities.
